Sitwell’s “shocking” nonsense poems spoken to the rhythm of Walton’s specially composed dramatic music, first performed in 1923.

With Matthew Rose, bass and Linda Hirst, mezzo-soprano as Narrators – and the ensemble Grand Mansions’ Collective, Director Anna Tilbrook, featuring professional musicians all of whom were students at Canterbury Christ Church University.
